Hello.
Well known fact, that N-Scale model Roco BR101 has very faded incandesscent lights.
I have decided this problem:

-I remove lams .
-I Add 4 ultra white 1.8mm lens small LEDs (through resistors R=1K)

-These diodes turned immediately to light conductor.

After soldering LEDs, all their sides (except lens) were blackened by Reveal N6 dark mate emanel paint.
This will be done in aim to remove parasite lights under loco.
ANOTHER IMPROVEMENT:
This Loco has only 3 current carrying axles. These quantity is too small for dependable running at small speeds. Therefore:
- I added 220mkf x 16 v small capacitor according ZIMO MX 620 manual.
This Capacitor conected between power and ground contacts of decoder through 100 Ohm resistor, diode and 100mkH choke in aim to save RailCom and Lenz ABC assymetry properties being workable.
May be these ideas would help another people.

About OVERLIGHTING:
I make pictures in dark room with very high OVER-EXPOSITION- 4 seconds (Photo camera was with suppott) in aim to emphasize the lights !
Really, intensity of lights are quite normal.
Obviously, it's greater than with unconditionally low incandescent lamps, but not so high!
It cannot be made very high because BR101 light-conductor has very complex structure with very high loss of lights inside it!
I used 4 very high-level LEDS which can eluminate all whole room in opened state ! They are too bright! But due to very high loss in light-conductor these intensity diminished up to small valye - right for normal, usual loco lights.
