collect means „sammeln“ within this context. One of the most reputable workshops currently is dm-Toys in Germany. They also offer conversion of old rolling stock. However, I do not know if they would also install coreless motors on request.

Why don’t you just order a cheap DCC decoder, take an old loco from the scrap box, make it runnable and practise DCC conversion on your own? Workshop Meister‘s time is expensive in Central Europe and parcel costs have been enormously risen.

Old Arnold and Minitrix locos are known to be very reliable and rarely need a new motor. Mostly grease is dried out and should be removed, also the commutator should be cleaned and new brushes installed. As long as a loco runs on a 9 Volts block battery without stuttering and squeaking, DCC conversion is quite easy, Soldering rehearsal can be done on simple LED blinkenlight sceneries and car interior lightings. A task that I‘d guess is not too complicated to set up for two-and-a-half men.

To be honest, I don't understand your logic.... take a train from a collection that I don't need and buy a decoder for it, which I also don't need + spend dozens of hours on the work + and dozens of euros on spare parts + hundreds of euros on the tool and equipment necessary for this work. And all this in order to digitize several rare locomotives?!!! Are you serious?!!! Why?! Usually, the conversion costs about 50 euros per work per 1 loco + spare parts. That is, it will cost me 150 euros for the work to digitize 3 locomotives.

Don't you think that buying equipment for hundreds of euros and spending dozens of hours of your time on this is right way to digitalize 3 loco?! Also, I want to convert RARE train models, they are expensive! The price of a mistake will be hundreds of euros.
   Even if the digitalization is successful, there is always a chance to damage or dirty the locomotive body during operation. Also during such a serious work as equipping a locomotive with a decoder with sound, it is necessary to make changes to the design(construction). For example, remove all protruding structures inside the tender to make room for a sound speaker and decoder. And what do we have in the end? Pay 150 euros and forget about this problem - or go buy hundreds of euros of unnecessary spare parts, tools, spend tens of hours,... working hard like soldering microscopic wires, plus risk of burn out decoder which price is 120+ euro. And all this to collect 150 euro?! Are you serious ?!

And when I hear that old engines are as good as new ones - I'm just shocked. Do you really understand what we're talking about?! How can you not notice the difference - I just can't imagine!!! Maybe if you drive on the model at speeds of 100 km/h and higher, there won't be any problems with old engines. But if you drive on the model at realistic speeds, start off slowly and maneuver with wagons - A NEW ENGINE IS NECESSARY IN EVERY OLD LOCOMOTIVE!!!

Thanks for the advice about dm toys. But this is not what I need. I can find this option myself using Google. But I need a good master, not the one on the most popular site. The price of reworking with such a master who works in such a popular place will be much higher than a private master. And the master himself will receive little money for his work. I'm just looking for an honest person with experience who can do such a job well. I don't want to feed advertisers, tax collectors, profiteers, ... I want to pay all the money to the master!

You are looking for a private master who sells his valuable time for nothing. If Google findings are worth equal to the personal experience and spreading the words, no one needs to tell you anything new, as you 2.5 already are the gods of model railroading.
I am afraid, I for one cannot do this any more for third parties other that my colleagues in the club, because of lack of time for private reasons and family situation. Probably I will found a work shop when I retire, so I can offer friendship prices. Then I don’t need to earn from this work.
Time that is spent on making old stock running smoothly, cleaning gears and motor, removing results of running w/o any service for centuries - I know what I am talking about.
Last time when I sold a digital converted loco I had a discussion about tooling and a transport damage claim because the customer rushed off the housing for curiosity. He claimed that I could have made a PCB, rather than glueing LEDs in.
Using modern Decoders like Doehler and Haass or Zimo or even Piko PSD 5, lower the absolute priority for changing old motors to coreless nearly down to zero as these chips can run the old ones at extremely slow rpm. Maybe the decoder costs 35,- to 40,- but will save about 30,- (plus work time) for the motor change.
Talking that way like you are, I know you ain’t have much actual experience. Over.
